Refund policy

We work hard to always be able to offer the best and freshest products with the best service. If you have bought a product that does not meet the highest quality, we will gladly solve it for you. Please send us an email at info@ rohittropische.nl

Food products can be returned within 7 days of purchase and within 14 days in the case of non-food products. The return period begins from the day you receive it or someone else receives it on your behalf.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following goods are exempted from being returned.

  • Perishable goods such as fresh vegetables and frozen items.

  • Personal care items cannot be returned. 

  • Items that are not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Food Items that are returned more than 7 days and Non Food items returned after 14 days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In case, you are not happy with any products, we'll be happy to take them back and provide you refund in your rohittropische.nl account. Please follow the following steps to effectively process your return.

  • Please notify us by sending an e-mail or WhatsApp with your order number.

  • Properly pack the return items in a box to prevent damage during return transport and apply the required postage at your nearby Post office.

  • After receiving the goods in the original condition, unopened, we shall return the cost of the goods in 2 working days into your account. We don't bear the cost of shipping the return items.

  • Please keep the postage receipt with you until you receive your refund, for your reference.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rohittropichewinkel.nl
